Overview

Trainee Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a smart, friendly and confident person to join our established family\-run restaurant.

We are proud to have a long standing Michelin Bib Gourmand and 2AA rosettes, the successful candidate will genuinely thrive in a fast paced discerning environment, have a passion for fresh food service and all aspects of hospitality and wants to further their career in this industry.

Previous experience is essential, but full training will be given on our standards and procedures.

You will work alongside an established management team helping to run the restaurant, look after our guests and support the team . We are all hands\-on so looking for someone enthusiastic and happy to get stuck in.

An interest in wine , cocktails and social media, would be a bonus as these will form part of your role.

We are closed Sunday evenings Monday \& Tuesdays (including bank holidays) and will be closed Christmas 2026\.

This is a genuine opportunity to develop and build a career in a market leading operation.

Own transport is required due to the rural location WR13 6LN
