You’ll be involved in:
Assisting with plumbing, tiling, and joinery tasks Learning correct methods, finishes, and professional standards Supporting senior engineers on site Maintaining a clean, tidy, respectful working environment Developing your skills through real work, guidance, and internal training You don’t need to be fully skilled yet — you just need the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

What We’re Looking For:
Someone already working in the construction or home\-improvement industry Full UK driving licence, must be held for minimum 1 year for insurance purposes. A positive, mature, and respectful approach with clients and colleagues. Pride in keeping work areas clean and organised. A genuine desire to grow into a multi\-skilled engineer. Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
