Trainee Accountant

At Ardagh Consultants we have a position for a trainee accountant. This is a great opportunity to develop your career in accounting and gain valuable experience. As a trainee, you will be involved in the following tasks:

• Preparing financial statements for companies and sole traders


• Consulting with clients and SMEs


• Preparing tax returns for various tax heads


• Handling company secretarial tasks and filing CRO returns


• Filing Revenue returns, VAT, RCT, and P30s


• Ensuring compliance for SME clients

At Ardagh Consultants you will get hands\-on practical experience in all of our service areas during your training. There is also room for career progression and support will be provided to the successful candidate through payment of exam fees and appropriate study leave as they progress through the professional examinations towards qualification as an Accountant.

We're looking for candidates who are hard\-working, detail\-oriented, organized, and have strong communication skills. You should also have a passion for working in a fast\-paced and dynamic team environment and be comfortable taking initiative. Previous accounting experience is a plus, as is ambition, drive, and enthusiasm.
