Train Validation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis of design documentation to ensure compliance with client requests and portugal regulatory requirements
- Review of protocols for product and system testing
- Management of traceability between tests and design requirements
- Execution of tests in static and dynamic environments
- Management of incidents and modifications during the different tests of the validation phase
- Execution of troubleshooting tests
- Drafting and issuing official test reports
- Defining the product’s testing strategy

Required Skills:
- Degree/Industrial Engineering background, preferably Mechanical
- Experience carrying out test protocols and executing them, preferably in the railway sector
- Advanced level of English
- Knowledge of railway regulations and systems
- Experience working with suppliers and clients, both national and international
- Experience with mechanical and pneumatic systems (HVAC, Brakes, Doors) is a plus
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally during the first 12 months, for periods exceeding two weeks per month
