Pay Rate: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour (dependent on pay type)
About the Role We are recruiting an experienced Traffic Marshall / Labourer for a major construction project starting on Tuesday, 26th October 2027.
This is a combined role where you will oversee safe vehicle access and traffic flow into site gates while assisting with general site labouring duties during quieter periods.
Key Responsibilities • Safely guiding construction traffic, delivery lorries, and plant vehicles in and out of site gates.
- Controlling pedestrian access near site entry points and keeping public highways clear.
- Logging incoming site deliveries and liaising with the Site Manager and gate security.
- Assisting with general site labouring duties, material movement, and site tidying during downtime.
- Strictly enforcing site traffic management plans and health & safety protocols.
- Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer card or above).
- Full PPE (High-vis jacket & trousers, steel toe boots, hard hat, and gloves).
- Previous experience managing busy site entrances and construction traffic.
- Punctual, reliable, and strong communication skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Start Date: Tuesday, 26th October 2027.
- Duration: Long-term ongoing work.
- Weekly pay via CIS, Umbrella, or PAYE options.
