<p data-start="345" data-end="709"><strong data-start="345" data-end="357">The Role</strong><br data-start="357" data-end="360">Capco is seeking Business Analysts and Project Managers to join our FRRF practice, with a focus on trade and transaction reporting transformation. You’ll help financial institutions deliver reporting programmes across regimes such as EMIR Refit, MiFIR, SFTR, and CFTC, supporting enhanced transparency, operational control, and compliance readiness.</p>

<p data-start="734" data-end="810">Lead analysis, design, and delivery of global reporting change initiatives</p>

<p data-start="813" data-end="896">Translate regulatory obligations into business, functional, and data requirements</p>

<p data-start="899" data-end="983">Partner with Compliance, Operations, Tech, and vendors to embed control frameworks</p>

<p data-start="986" data-end="1076">Support implementation across regimes including EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, CFTC, MAS, and others</p>

<p data-start="1193" data-end="1285">Experience delivering transaction reporting change as a BA or PM within financial services</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1286" data-end="1377">
<p data-start="1288" data-end="1377">Practical understanding of at least one reporting regime (e.g. EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, HKMA)</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1378" data-end="1449">
<p data-start="1380" data-end="1449">Proficiency in drafting requirements, use cases, and test scenarios</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1450" data-end="1539">
<p data-start="1452" data-end="1539">Familiarity with trade lifecycle flows across Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1540" data-end="1629">
<p data-start="1542" data-end="1629">Knowledge of control processes, reconciliation, and exception management in reporting</p>
