Overview:
Trade \& Promotion Sales Trainee

Support AFH Trade Marketing Manager in defining and executing the activity plan for Modern AFH channel in Italy. Responsible for developing and implementing Trade Marketing initiatives. Acts as a key point of contact for the sales force, fostering strong collaboration with cross\-functional teams (mainly Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales).

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of Channel Marketing Plan

  • Support the implementation of the Channel Marketing Plan, based on identified opportunities and the defined Picture of Success across different POS.

  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager in the execution of the annual Trade Marketing plan, covering both hunting and presidium activities.

  • Support the Trade Marketing Manager in defining and activating the key levers to improve the dispensing experience.

  • Performance Analysis of Activations

  • Conduct post\-activity analysis in partnership with the Sell\-out team and AFH Trade Marketing Category.

  • Monitor performance against standard KPIs and identify key learnings and improvement opportunities.

  • Key Point of Contact for the Sales Force

  • Develop selling decks and toolkits for major activations and events, supporting both sell\-in negotiations and sell\-out execution.

  • Partner with Sell\-out leads to define the most effective activation deployment strategies.

  • Act as the main point of reference for field requests and support the sales team when needed.

  • Provide support during sell\-in presentations, including with wholesalers (WHS).

  • POS/POP Materials Management

  • Lead the end\-to\-end management of POS/POP materials (both recurring and promotional).

  • Ensure timely delivery and high\-quality standards of materials on the field.

  • Manage stock levels and oversee inventory.

  • Identify improvement opportunities in collaboration with the Sell\-out team.

  • Lead forecasting of materials in alignment with the Sales force.
Qualifications:
  • Degree, preferably in Economics

  • Accuracy

  • Proactive attitude

  • Good analytical skills

  • Very good Office knowledge

  • Good English knowledge

  • Problem solving attitude

  • Very good interpersonal skill

  • Ability to work in team
