The Trade Marketing Specialist must have a solid understanding of the current retail environment, a customer service mindset, and a strong understanding of shopper behaviours and merchandising trends. 
The position is based in our Oslo office (3 days a week). 
Here are some of the things you'll get to do: 
<ul>
<li>Evolving the trade marketing asset toolkit. </li>
<li>Creation and proposing of new, innovative promotional and product display ideas from briefing through to execution. </li>
<li>Ensuring all content is clear, consistent and on brand across consumer touchpoints. </li>
<li>Providing merchandising guidance. </li>
<li>Activate & be part of various demand generation marketing projects depending on plans decisions. </li>
<li>Planning of regular meetings with the Sales team and retailer partners across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. </li>
<li>Management of all trade events and conferences, in the lead up to and during, including key Nordics industry events. </li>
</ul>
Here are some of the things you'll bring: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or a related commercial role — agency or brand side both considered</li>
<li>Experience working with agencies, suppliers, or external partners to deliver marketing assets or activations</li>
<li>Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders</li>
<li>Data analysis skills and strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Fluent in Norwegian and English</li>
</ul>
