You will join the Belux Trade Marketing team \& report to the Head of Trade Marketing to assist them in their daily operations.

The Trade Maketing Trainee has a central position between the different departments of the company (Sales, Marketing, Field).

Roles \& Responsibilities
-----------------------------

Performance tracking via different data sources (Shopper data, Nielsen)

• Monthly diagnostic of the category, our brands and the competition


• Support in ad\-hoc studies


• Folder tracking \& competitive intelligence


• Help for the yearly brand plans preparation

• Annual and/or quarterly Business Reviews


• Creation \& development of tailor\-made actions at the retailers \& outlets


• Creation of visuals, trade insert \& displays

• Organize consumer animations and brand acceleration plans with KPI Monitoring


• Develop sales argumentation for product launches and/or activations


• Other topics related to trade projects

• You have strong analytical and communication skills


• Demonstrated organizational/time\-management and problem\-solving skills


• You are eager to learn


• You are familiar with Powerpoint, Excel and Word.


• Proactive approach and ability to work under pressure within strict deadlines


• Experience with Nielsen and/or data analytics is a plus


• Languages: Fluency \- French and English
