<p data-start="568" data-end="948">We are looking for a<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong data-start="589" data-end="634">Trade Compliance and Logistics Specialist</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>to join our Supply Chain team in Bristol. Reporting to the<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong data-start="694" data-end="722">Trade Compliance Manager</strong>, you will support the day-to-day delivery of Graphcore’s trade compliance activities, helping ensure we meet export control requirements while enabling the smooth movement of goods and technology across our global operations.</p>

<h2 data-section-id="1fkkgx" data-start="1157" data-end="1168">The Team</h2>
<p data-start="1170" data-end="1408">You will be part of Graphcore’s Supply Chain team, within the wider Operations group. The team has members in Bristol and Taiwan and is responsible for developing and managing a robust manufacturing subcontract supply chain for Graphcore.</p>
<p data-start="1410" data-end="1600">You will work closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering and other business functions to support compliant exports, technology transfers and international shipments.</p>
<h2 data-section-id="12dwgu6" data-start="1602" data-end="1627">What you will be doing</h2>
<p data-start="1629" data-end="1652">In this role, you will:</p>
<ul data-start="1654" data-end="2369">
<li data-section-id="1m47p3p" data-start="1654" data-end="1785">Assist with export licensing determinations and help ensure Graphcore remains compliant with relevant export control regulations.</li>
<li data-section-id="fsp3sm" data-start="1786" data-end="1894">Apply for export licences where required, or determine whether appropriate licence exemptions can be used.</li>
<li data-section-id="1hdi02u" data-start="1895" data-end="1984">Respond to internal queries relating to technology transfers, including deemed exports.</li>
<li data-section-id="ggjgq6" data-start="1985" data-end="2060">Run compliance checks on suppliers, customers and other relevant parties.</li>
<li data-section-id="355gzx" data-start="2061" data-end="2168">Ensure export-related records are accurate, complete and maintained in line with regulatory requirements.</li>
<li data-section-id="1xsi94h" data-start="2169" data-end="2265">Provide cover for the Senior Logistics Coordinator, including arranging shipments from the UK.</li>
<li data-section-id="tcdmz4" data-start="2266" data-end="2369">Support the wider Supply Chain and Operations teams with practical, timely trade compliance guidance.</li>

<h2 data-section-id="1jjx4p7" data-start="2371" data-end="2383">About you</h2>
<p data-start="2385" data-end="2557">You will bring a strong understanding of trade compliance and international shipping, along with the confidence to interpret requirements and make informed recommendations.</p>
<p data-start="2559" data-end="2573">You will have:</p>
<ul data-start="2575" data-end="3126">
<li data-section-id="1aiwlgm" data-start="2575" data-end="2659">Previous experience in Trade Compliance, preferably within the high-tech industry.</li>
<li data-section-id="735v64" data-start="2660" data-end="2705">Experience working with US EAR regulations.</li>
<li data-section-id="1wbmboa" data-start="2706" data-end="2767">Experience arranging or supporting international shipments.</li>
<li data-section-id="e76ysh" data-start="2768" data-end="2888">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex systems and make sound decisions.</li>
<li data-section-id="18q78du" data-start="2889" data-end="2933">Strong communication and reporting skills.</li>
<li data-section-id="1ixdr26" data-start="2934" data-end="3025">A detail-focused and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities.</li>
<li data-section-id="1hkar5t" data-start="3026" data-end="3126">Confidence working with internal stakeholders and responding to queries clearly and pragmatically.</li>
