<p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p>
<p>We're on the lookout for passionate students or recent graduates who want to dive into the exciting world of RV and campervan rentals and gain hands-on tourism experience at our <strong>Vienna depot</strong>, located in <strong>Simmering (1110 Wien)</strong>.</p>
<p>As our Tourism & Operations Intern, you'll be the friendly face of our brand - welcoming guests, setting them up for road trips of a lifetime, and ensuring their journey ends just as wonderfully as it began. <p><strong>WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?</strong></p>
<p>Front-office activities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Customer service and sales: Take care of check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan functionalities, terms and conditions, upsell road trip extras.</li>
</ul>
<p>Back-office activities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Operations handling: Align the reservations with the available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras and kits.</li>
<li>Quality control: Maintain the campervans in top condition, identify and act on possible maintenance or repair needs.</li>
<li>Support activities: Support the team in monitoring the existing stock, coordinating the fleet of campervans, troubleshooting operational issues.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or a related field looking for an internship;</li>
<li>You are fluent in English, have a work permit (if applicable), and a valid driver's licence (for both manual and automatic vehicles);</li>
<li>You like international environments and meeting new cultures;</li>
<li>You possess a natural talent for connecting with people and have a strong customer service orientation;</li>
<li>You have a problem-solving mindset, thriving to create solutions and feeling comfortable with getting your hands dirty.</li>
</ul>
