Are you passionate about tourism and building unforgettable customer experiences? We’re looking for a Tourism Intern to drive traffic and revenue by developing standout tourism programmes for our Designer Outlet Roermond.

*What you'll be doing..*

• Reporting directly to the Head of Tourism, you will have the chance to play a key role in driving future growth and success. Fulfilling tasks assigned by a supervisor.


• Assist the Roermond Tourism team in day\-to\-day business with a focus on planning and coordinating campaigns


• Manage international group enquiries in a timely manner and facilitate any queries from the tourism team.


• To assist in executing Tourism campaigns and other demand generation / promotional activities for optimal sale.


• Manage tourism sales materials and keep the inventory updated on monthly basis


• Manage tourism customer database updated on monthly basis.


• Support in reporting and analysis of our campaigns


• Project\-related coordination and coordination with other departments


• Create and manage purchase orders \& support on administration

• Be a 3rd year Bachelor student in the field of tourism, hospitality or a related field looking for an internship; Prior industry experience is preferred


• Speak fluently English, have a work permit and a valid driver's licence (mandatory);


• You possess a natural talent for connecting with people and have a strong customer service orientation;


• You have a problem\-solving mindset, thriving to create solutions and feeling comfortable with getting your hands dirty;


• Have good communication skills and a hands\-on/can\-do approach


• Have flexibility and team spirit


• Be independent, structured and have a results\-oriented way of working


• Be available as from 31 August 2026 at Designer Outlet Roermond for working in Roermond outlet 40 hours a week
