Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tootoomoo Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of customer satisfaction
- Support food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining consistency and quality in all dishes served
- Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage team members, including serving staff, kitchen personnel, and baristas, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality and service standards to guests
- Assist with organising staff schedules, training new team members, and supervising their performance
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas
- Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Support stock control procedures, including ordering supplies and managing inventory levels
- Proven supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of culinary practices and food safety standards
- Experience in managing teams effectively within a fast\-paced environment
- Familiarity with hospitality operations such as serving, barista duties, or hotel services is advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management
- Previous experience in culinary roles or hotel environments is desirable but not essential
Pay: £28,000\.00 per year
