<h2>Role Overview</h2>
<p>The TikTok Shop Manager (Benelux) will be responsible for launching, growing, and scaling SharkNinja’s TikTok Shop business in the Netherlands and Belgium. This role requires a mix of e-commerce expertise, social commerce insight, and hands-on execution. You will drive revenue growth through strategic campaign management, creator partnerships, and optimization of TikTok Shop operations.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Own the TikTok Shop strategy for Benelux: Set targets, roadmap, and growth plan aligned with SharkNinja’s broader D2C/E-commerce goals.</li>
<li>Commercial leadership: Manage P&L for TikTok Shop Benelux, delivering against sales and profitability targets.</li>
<li>Content & creator partnerships: Build and scale relationships with TikTok creators, agencies, and affiliates to drive product awareness and sales.</li>
<li>Campaign execution: Develop, launch, and optimize TikTok campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.</li>
<li>Promotions & pricing: Strategically plan couponing, discounting, bundles, and seasonal activations to accelerate growth.</li>
<li>Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with DTC, Social and Category Marketing, Operations, and global TikTok teams to ensure smooth execution.</li>
<li>Data & reporting: Monitor KPIs (GMV, ROAS, CAC, retention) and deliver regular performance updates to leadership.</li>
<li>Market insights: Stay on top of TikTok Shop trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to keep SharkNinja ahead.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications & Skills</h2>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce; TikTok Shop/affiliate marketing experience strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of TikTok’s creator economy and affiliate ecosystem.</li>
<li>Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.</li>
<li>Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Strong project management and organizational skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.</li>
<li>Fluent in Dutch and English (written & spoken).</li>
