As a £40M\+ nursery retailer, we are at the forefront of social commerce in the baby and nursery industry. Our next stage of growth is being driven by LIVE shopping, creator partnerships and high\-impact content that builds authentic connections with our customers and transforms the way parents shop online.

This is not traditional retail marketing.

We are building a content\-first, creator\-led and LIVE\-selling focused social commerce team designed to drive measurable growth across TikTok Shop and wider social platforms.

We are looking for somebody who understands how to turn:

· Content into revenue.

· TikTok Lives into serious sales.

· Affiliates into growth channels.

· Engagement into conversion.

· Community into customer trust.

From car seats and pushchairs to nursery furniture and baby essentials, we sell products families genuinely care about and social commerce is becoming one of the biggest ways customers discover and purchase those products.

Salary/Working Hours

· £25,000 – £35,000 DOE.

· Social commerce never sleeps! This role requires flexibility across Monday – Sunday including evenings, as some of our most successful LIVE events and content happen beyond standard office hours.

· This role is based in our office and studio environment due to the collaborative and fast\-paced nature of LIVE selling, content creation and social commerce.

The Role

This role combines:

· Content creation.

· TikTok LIVE selling.

· Affiliate and creator management.

· Social commerce.

· Community growth.

· Customer engagement.

· Trend spotting.

· Performance marketing.

This is not a “post and disappear” social media role.

We are looking for somebody commercially aware, performance driven and confident working within a fast\-moving retail environment where content is expected to deliver measurable results.

This role is commercially focused and revenue driven, not purely brand led.

Success in this role will be measured through:

· Revenue growth.

· TikTok Shop performance.

· LIVE sales.

· Conversion.

· Affiliate performance.

· Engagement quality.

· Audience growth.

· Customer acquisition.

· Overall social commerce growth.

You should be comfortable working towards KPIs, revenue targets and performance goals whilst continuously adapting content and strategy based on results.

We are not looking for somebody focused purely on posting content for awareness. We want somebody who understands how to turn engagement into measurable business growth.

You will have the freedom to test ideas, move quickly, experiment with trends and help shape the future direction of our social commerce strategy.

We want somebody obsessed with:

· Hooks.

· Retention.

· Engagement.

· Conversion.

· Viral moments.

· LIVE selling.

· Creator\-led content.

· Understanding why one video gets 500 views while another gets 500k.

You should naturally understand:

· Internet culture.

· Platform behaviour.

· Social trends.

· Audience psychology.

· How short\-form content spreads.

· How social commerce converts into revenue.

If you enjoy being on camera, can speak confidently and know how to create content that feels authentic rather than forced, this is your lane.
