Role Overview
Are you passionate about TikTok, social commerce, and building high\-performing live shopping experiences?
We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded TikTok Live Manager to lead and grow our TikTok Live operation. This role will take ownership of our live shopping strategy, performance, team management, and day\-to\-day execution, ensuring every broadcast delivers an engaging customer experience while driving sales and audience growth.
Working closely with Marketing, eCommerce, Content, and Commercial teams, you will oversee all aspects of TikTok Live activity—from planning and scheduling content, coaching hosts, and managing studio operations to analysing performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven experience in social commerce, livestreaming, content production, or digital retail who wants to play a key role in scaling one of the fastest\-growing sales channels within the business.
Key Responsibilities
TikTok Live Strategy \& Growth
- Develop and execute the TikTok Live strategies in line with company objectives and sales targets.
- Create and manage a comprehensive Live content calendar, ensuring a consistent schedule of engaging broadcasts.
- Identify new opportunities to increase viewership, engagement, conversion rates, and revenue through TikTok Live.
- Stay up to date with TikTok platform developments, livestream trends, competitor activity, and best practices.
- Work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to align Lives with campaigns, product launches, seasonal events, and key trading periods.
- Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of all TikTok Live sessions.
- Ensure all products, promotions, pricing, graphics, and technical requirements are correctly prepared ahead of broadcasts.
- Manage live stream quality, ensuring a professional viewing experience across all broadcasts.
- Lead operational processes to ensure Lives run smoothly and efficiently.
- Continuously review and improve workflows, systems, and studio operations.
- Coach and support TikTok Live Hosts and operational team members.
- Provide regular performance feedback and development plans to improve host confidence, engagement, and sales effectiveness.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hosts and Live team members.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high\-performance team culture.
- Act as the key point of escalation during live broadcasts.
- Take ownership of TikTok Live sales performance and key commercial KPIs.
- Analyse conversion rates, revenue performance, average order values, engagement metrics, and customer behaviour.
- Identify opportunities to maximise sales through promotional activity, product selection, and broadcast optimisation.
- Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, and eCommerce teams to develop high\-performing Live schedules and product strategies.
- Set and monitor performance targets for both individuals and the wider Live team.
- Produce regular performance reports and business updates for senior stakeholders.
- Analyse Live data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor competitor activity and benchmark performance against industry standards.
- Use insights and reporting to drive continuous improvement across all TikTok Live activity.
- Ensure studio environments, equipment, and technology are maintained to a high standard.
- Oversee technical setup, livestream software, lighting, audio, and connectivity requirements.
- Work with internal and external partners to resolve technical challenges and implement improvements.
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies, health and safety requirements, and platform guidelines.
Essential
- Proven experience managing TikTok Live, livestream commerce, social commerce, or digital content operations.
- Strong understanding of TikTok platform features, trends, and livestream best practices.
- Experience analysing performance metrics and driving commercial growth.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Commercially focused with the ability to balance creativity and sales performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
This role is primarily studio\-based and involves overseeing scheduled TikTok Live broadcasts, including evenings and weekends. Flexibility is essential to support peak trading periods, campaign launches, and business growth initiatives.
