About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised, energetic, and creative TikTok Live Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands TikTok Shop and live commerce and wants to play a key role in building and scaling our live shopping operation.
You'll be responsible for building a structured approach to planning, coordinating, and delivering successful TikTok Shop Live campaigns while helping shape the company's long\-term live commerce strategy. This is a hands\-on role where you'll work closely with creators, hosts, and the wider team to maximise engagement, sales, and overall performance.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a structured schedule for TikTok Shop Live campaigns.
- Coordinate and oversee TikTok Live sessions from planning through to completion.
- Work closely with hosts, creators, and affiliates before, during, and after livestreams.
- Ensure products, promotions, stock, and all technical requirements are prepared ahead of each live.
- Monitor live performance, audience engagement, and sales during broadcasts.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure every livestream runs smoothly.
- Coordinate with the content, marketing, and operations teams to plan upcoming campaigns.
- Track and analyse live performance metrics, providing recommendations to improve engagement and conversions.
- Stay up to date with TikTok Shop trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Help develop processes and systems that allow our TikTok Live operation to scale as the business grows.
Requirements
- Experience managing TikTok Live, TikTok Shop, livestream selling, or social media campaigns.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple people and priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment.
- Confident problem solver with a proactive attitude.
- Good understanding of TikTok analytics, livestream tools, and e\-commerce.
- Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or live shopping is highly desirable.
