  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

  • Helping to create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment

  • Building positive relationships with students to increase confidence and independence

  • Supporting pupils to re-engage with education and raise attainment levels

  • Contributing to a varied curriculum, including both on-site and off-site enrichment activities

The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, or similar)

  • A calm, resilient, and patient approach

  • A genuine passion for supporting pupils who may have struggled in mainstream settings

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage challenging behaviour positively and proactively

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. TA qualification) are desirable but not essential

What We Offer
  • Competitive daily rates

  • Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant

  • Opportunities for training and professional development

  • Potential for long-term or permanent placement

  • The opportunity to be part of a setting that truly values tailored education and pupil progress
