The Role

• Meeting and greeting visitors


• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries confidently


• Preparing meeting rooms and maintaining front-of-house standards


• Coordinating post, deliveries and office administration


• Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks


• Ensuring a professional and welcoming reception environment at all times

• Previous reception or front-of-house experience within professional services, hospitality or luxury environments


• Highly polished, articulate and confident communicating with senior stakeholders and visitors


• Proactive, reliable and able to use initiative


• Comfortable managing a busy reception desk independently


• Professional presentation and excellent telephone manner essential
