Test Manager
Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Test Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will lead and coordinate testing activities across a portfolio of projects, defining and implementing test strategies, establishing comprehensive test plans, and ensuring successful execution of testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement test strategies/test plans for major projects.
- Coordinate and oversee all testing phases.
- Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report on quality metrics and risks.
- Facilitate defect management and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and recommendations to project stakeholders and management through Power BI.
- Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards.
- Functional knowledge and understanding of software testing and usage of Azure DevOps.
- ISTQB foundation certification.
- Experience in usage of Azure DevOps and its functionalities (Dashboard, work items, test case preparation, execution, defect creation, and follow\-up).
- Junior experience in usage of Power BI.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Experience with project delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Able to communicate in a professional, clear, and structured manner with the Testing Team, IS teams, business stakeholders, and management.
- Proactively support and contribute to the governance, coordination, and alignment of testing practices.
- Team player with a proactive approach to continuous improvement of testing activities.
