We are currently seeking a motivated Test Engineer (m/f) to join our team. By joining us, you'll be part of a leading company that is shaping the future of hybrid transmission technology.
About the Job
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Test Engineer to join our Validation team. In this role, you will be responsible for the test management of a specific part or module of one of our products.
Responsibilities
\- Convert concrete test requests into test procedures and test equipment.
\- Convert abstract test needs into real test plans.
\- Ensure the execution of a part of the extended product design validation test plan and you make sure the agreed milestones are being met.
\- Convert the mid\-long term planning in weekly planning and solve roadblocks which endanger the progress in order to ensure high efficiency.
\- Prepare, coordinate, perform (data) analysis and reporting of development tests.
\- Work together with different disciplines to solve possible roadblocks.
\- Help to work towards quality requirements as described in ISO 17025\.Required qualifications

Background:
\- Master in automotive, Electro\-Mechanical with a strong interest for automotive or equivalent by experience
\- Experience in the field of automotive testing and testing facilities.
\- Experience with Hybrid Powertrains and Automatic Transmission is an advantage
\- Experience in technically leading a team

Competences

\- Analytical mindset

\- Ability to represent validation within the organization
\- A fluent level of English (oral and written)
