  • A sound understanding of different engineering processes (e.g., power plants, fuel treatment, propulsion systems, emerging emission reduction processes, and associated auxiliary systems), as well as awareness of maritime regulations.

  • A knack for using digital tools and methods, along with a willingness to learn, and basic programming knowledge.

  • The ability to manage a heavy workload in an organized manner.

  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
We request both experienced and newly qualified candidates to apply.

We can offer:

  • A high level of flexibility.

  • Competitive compensation and attractive benefits.

  • Collaboration across multiple departments and functions, both internally and globally.

  • Opportunities for competence development across a range of fields and disciplines.

  • Exciting challenges and the opportunity to develop yourself while working with highly competent colleagues.
At Kongsberg Maritime, we believe that diversity fuels innovation. We encourage you to apply, even if you do not meet every requirement. Your unique perspective is valuable to us. Your skills, attitude and perspective could be exactly what we are looking for!
