Test \& Training Manager

As a Test \& Training Manager, you will define and lead the testing and training strategy for major transformation programs, ensuring new systems, processes, and ways of working are fully validated and successfully adopted across the organization. You will play a key role in driving business readiness, reducing implementation risks, and enabling successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities – What will you do?

• Define, own and maintain the overall testing strategy, governance framework, and reporting structure across the program


• Lead and coordinate all testing activities, including integration, data migration, acceptance, regression, and end\-to\-end testing


• Develop and drive the overall training strategy, ensuring alignment with program milestones, releases, and go\-live plans


• Manage the design, development, and deployment of training materials, learning content, and train\-the\-trainer initiatives


• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, process owners, and subject matter experts to ensure business readiness and successful adoption


• Monitor testing quality, training effectiveness, program readiness, and provide input for Go/No\-Go decisions

• 5\+ years of experience leading testing, training, or business readiness activities within large transformation or ERP programs


• Strong knowledge of test management methodologies, business process validation, and training frameworks


• Experience working with ERP implementations and complex cross\-functional business environments


• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders across multiple functions


• Excellent communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills


• Fluency in English and Swedish (spoken and written)
