Key Requirements

  • Experienced Sales Manager ideally with a delivered foodservice background

  • Live within the geography of the territory

  • Drivers license
The successful candidate must be an experienced Account Manager within the Wholesale Foodservice sector. Ideally you will already working for another foodservice company within the territory and have worked that area recently.

Having the ability to explain the key features and benefits of the customer package on offer is essential. The successful candidate will also have strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Monthly and annual sales targets would be achieved through growth within a large existing customer base together with recruiting new customers.

Good knowledge of the hospitality scene across Cheshire is essential. The successful candidate will already live on\-territory.

Harlech are the leading food wholesaler in North Wales with a large share of business in the North West of England . Harlech going through a massive expansion plan including a £6m investment in the future and a new depots recently opened in Telford and South Wales, it is a really exciting time to join and opportunities for growth are huge.

Package includes;

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the customer base within your territory.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Utilise our CRM to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines effectively.

  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress regularly.

  • Represent Harlech Foodservice at industry events and local networking opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the foodservice or distribution industry.

  • Strong analysis skills to interpret market data.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive approach.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Valid driver’s license and travel within the territory is essential.

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
