Territory Sales Manager - Greater Brussels

We are looking for a full\-time Territory Sales Manager for a leading tech brand in the region Greater Brussels Region and Wallonia. In this role, you will be responsible for your own region and your goal will be to increase the sales performance of the brand across various retail partners.
You will work with innovative telecom products, mainly smartphones, but also smart home products and smartwatches.
Unlike a store\-based role, you will work as a field sales specialist: visiting stores, training teams, and ensuring the brand is optimally presented and sold on the shop floor.
Together with our client, and your manager, you will work towards measurable KPIs and targets that help structure your role and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Visit retail locations such as Mediamarkt and Proximus
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store teams and management
- Deliver product training sessions to in\-store staff
- Ensure optimal visibility and presentation of products and displays in\-store
- Execute commercial campaigns and brand activations
- Optimize in\-store sales performance through direct and indirect actions
- Responsible for increasing brand awareness within your territory
- Report on store visits, market insights, and competitor activities
- Minimum of 1 years experience in sales, retail, field sales
- Full\-time availability (38 hours per week)
- Experience in telecom, tech, or consumer electronics is a plus
- Enthusiastic, commercial, and results\-driven
- Strong communication skills
- Independent and responsible
- Strong relationship\-building and motivational skills
- Flexible and willing to travel within your territory (driver’s license required)
- Fluent French, good knowledges of English and Dutch is a pré
- Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Salary: up to €2900 (based on fulltime)
- Bonus: a monthly bonus based on sales KPI's
