Our customers include restaurants, pubs, bars, schools, healthcare providers, care homes, and sports venues. We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Territory Manager to join our sales team.
The Role
As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across the North West. This is a field\-based role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business opportunities within the foodservice sector
- Develop and grow new customer accounts
- Build strong, long\-term relationships with customers
- Conduct regular customer visits across your territory
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management
- Experience within foodservice, wholesale, or hospitality
- Strong communication and relationship\-building skills
- Commercially aware with excellent negotiation skills
- Self\-motivated and able to manage your own workload
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence

Location
Hybrid remote role covering the North West of England, with regular travel throughout the territory and occasional visits to our head office in Hyde, Greater Manchester.
