At CooperSurgical, we are seeking a Regional Manager for Eastern France, Luxembourg and Wallonia. You will be part of the French sales team specializing in medical devices and will report to the Regional Business Manager for Southern Europe.
This is a field\-based role covering private clinics and hospitals, with a particular focus on operating rooms and delivery suites. This is an exciting opportunity in which you will be responsible for supporting the transition of newly acquired and established products in the market, as well as the launch of new and unique products.
The primary objective of this position is to maintain and grow sales of our medical device portfolio to both existing and new customers, ensuring that sales targets for the assigned territory are met and that customer needs are satisfied.
. Knowledge of the medical device industry and operating rooms
- Knowledge of gynecology and women’s healthcare would be a plus
- Comprehension of the Region's diverse healthcare systems
- Public tenders and GPO's knowledge
- Strong core business skills
- Initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal daily supervision
- Ability to generate interest and motivate by offering product training to clients
- Effective territory planning
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Customer focus and stakeholder management
- Passion for customer development and acquiring new accounts
- Business acumen
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools required
- Fluency in French and good level of English (written and spoken)
- Key Responsibilities
- Explain product benefits and support Key Opinion Leaders.
- Complete all product and clinical training and be able to train medical staff.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Execute a sales plan to meet territory targets.
- Attend conferences and trade shows when required.
- Submit expenses and administrative documents on time.
- Travel frequently, including occasional overnight and international trips.
