Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across Europe.

  • Identify, qualify, and develop relationships with new and existing clients within the Oil & Gas and energy sectors.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding operational needs and presenting tailored pipeline inspection and integrity solutions.

  • Manage key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, responsiveness, and long-term partnership development.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, risks, and emerging business opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with technical, operations, and marketing teams to align sales activities with service capabilities and customer expectations.

  • Support contract negotiations and contribute to the successful management of commercial agreements.

  • Participate in forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and sales performance reporting.

  • Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to strengthen market visibility and business relationships.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or commercial roles within the Oil & Gas or energy industry.

  • Strong understanding of pipeline integrity management, in-line inspection services, or related energy infrastructure solutions.

  • Proven ability to develop customer relationships and drive business growth in complex technical environments.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; additional European languages are considered an asset.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, international environment with frequent collaboration across teams.

  • Willingness and ability to travel across Europe as required.

  • Results-oriented mindset with strong initiative, adaptability, and customer-focused approach.

  • Ability to work effectively in industrial and field environments while complying with safety standards and operational requirements.
