Role Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a supportive, high-performing team in a dual-focused tenancy role. You’ll be involved in both tenancy renewals and coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their work. Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and manage student tenancy renewals
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to secure agreements
- Draft and process tenancy renewal documents
- Assist with the coordination of upcoming student tenancies
- Complete Right to Rent checks and follow up on documentation
- Draft tenancy agreements and ensure compliance
- Set up and renew Rent & Legal Protection policies
- Maintain accurate compliance and policy records
- Support the deposit return process for Rent Collection and Let Only landlords
- Communicate with landlords regarding deductions and return instructions
- Previous experience in lettings or property is ideal, but not essential – full training is provided
- Good understanding of tenancy processes and Right to Rent checks is beneficial
- Experience with Rent & Legal Protection policies is a bonus
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with negotiation and problem-solving
- Approachable, professional, and customer-focused
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- £28,000 basic salary with realistic OTE of £29,000+
- 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays (rising with length of service)
