Our client is looking for a motivated and organised Temporary Recruitment Resourcer to join their busy and friendly recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to gain valuable experience within recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies


• Posting adverts across job boards and recruitment platforms


• Speaking with candidates via phone, email, and video calls


• Booking interviews and managing candidate availability


• Maintaining and updating the recruitment database and CRM system


• Writing candidate profiles and supporting recruitment administration


• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients


• Supporting consultants with recruitment campaigns and daily operations


• Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Experience and Skills Requirements

• Previous administration, customer service, or recruitment experience would be advantageous


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Confident telephone manner and professional approach


• Organised with excellent attention to detail


• Competent IT skills and ability to use recruitment systems and Microsoft Office


• Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment


• Positive, enthusiastic, and team-focused attitude


• Motivated individual with a willingness to learn and develop
