Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 4:00 PM
Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary (1-2 Weeks)
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Start Date: Immediate

We're recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Temporary Receptionist to join their friendly and fast-paced team in Bellshill. This short-term role is ideal for someone with front-of-house experience who enjoys being the welcoming face of a business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors.


• Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails.


• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.


• Support general office administration including photocopying, printing, and filing.


• Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate the daily appointment schedule.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role.


• Excellent personal presentation and a friendly, professional manner.


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.


• A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service.
