An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Receptionist to join a prestigious investment firm that has recently relocated to stunning, state of the art offices with breathtaking floor to ceiling views.

This is a fantastic chance to become the welcoming face of a growing business, based on a dual reception desk in a highly engaging and professional environment. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding front-of-house experience for clients, guests, and colleagues alike.

You will be the first point of contact for the firm, ensuring a seamless experience at all times. You will have a proactive approach, be confident and highly organised as you work closely with internal teams to deliver the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the welcoming face of the business, meeting and greeting clients and visitors


• Managing a busy dual reception area with professionalism and warmth


• Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared to a high standard


• Setting up meeting spaces for internal and external meetings


• Liaising closely with catering and facilities teams to ensure seamless service delivery
