About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who is a successful parts advisor or an experienced sales executive with automotive industry experience.
As a Perrys Telesales Parts Advisor, you can expect to cover a wide range of tasks, from answering inbound calls from trade and retail customers, identify customer parts requirements, use of the DMS and Electronic Parts Catalogue, offering related parts and special offers. You will be required to deal with email enquiries and internal phone calls from sites and inter departmental requests.
About you:
- Retail / Administration / reception experience with good telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Currently work for a dealer or motor parts factor
- Knowledge and experience of car parts and enjoy building relationships with customers
- Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Will gain satisfaction from growing sales with new and existing customers
