Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Telesales Manager to lead our outbound sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of telesales representatives, and driving revenue growth through effective B2B sales initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership and management skills to make a significant impact within our organisation. The Telesales Manager will utilise their expertise in Salesforce and analysis skills to optimise sales processes and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the outbound telesales team responsible for B2B lead generation and conversions.

  • Train sales staff on BoltWhiz services, objection handling, and compliance procedures.

  • Plan and carry out structured market research focused on UK SME sectors (retail, hospitality, offices, trades, and property management).

  • Analyse competitor pricing models and switching trends in energy, telecom, and business services.

  • Understand client usage patterns to develop cost\-saving strategies and support management decisions on service optimisation.

  • Implement outbound calling strategies aligned with BoltWhiz sales campaigns and supplier partnerships.

  • Ensure accurate call records and customer consent logs within our systems.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in management within a telesales or sales environment, preferably with B2B focus

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high\-performing team

  • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organised, proactive, with a problem\-solving mindset

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment
