Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Bradford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with businesses, building relationships, and generating opportunities for a successful field sales team.

You will play a key role in helping UK businesses discover how Z1 Telecom can support their telecoms and connectivity requirements.

The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to UK businesses, identifying opportunities, and booking appointments for our field sales consultants.

This is an office\-based role working from our Bradford office.

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound B2B calls to businesses across the UK


• Introducing Z1 Telecom’s products and services professionally


• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline using our CRM system


• Qualifying potential customers and generating leads


• Booking appointments for field sales consultants


• Updating customer records and notes accurately


• Working towards individual and team targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Confident speaking with businesses over the phone


• Ability to build rapport quickly


• Self\-motivated and target driven


• Good organisational skills and attention to detail


• Computer literate and comfortable using CRM systems


• Previous telesales or customer service experience is beneficial, but not essential

• £12\.71 per hour


• £200 commission per successful order
