We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven and customer\-focused Telesales Account Executive to join our office\-based Sales Team in Blanchardstown.

The Role
------------
As a Telesales Account Executive, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers while proactively generating new business opportunities. You'll work closely with customers throughout their journey with Northgate, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience from enquiry through to ongoing account management.
No two days are the same. You'll be speaking with customers, generating leads, arranging appointments, managing accounts and working closely with our operational teams to deliver the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Build long\-term relationships with SME customers to maximise retention
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert opportunities into appointments and sales
- Arrange virtual sales meetings via Microsoft Teams for the external sales team
- Prepare customer quotations and source suitable vehicles for hire
- Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Manage customer queries and resolve service\-related issues professionally
- Monitor customer contracts, mileage allowances and vehicle defleets
- Proactively contact customers to arrange servicing, maintenance and compliance appointments
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Sales, Rental and Operations to ensure excellent service delivery
- Support the wider sales team with additional duties as required

We're looking for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys speaking with customers and thrives in a target\-driven environment.
Essential
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, account management or customer service
- Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and generating new business
- Customer\-focused with a proactive approach
- Organised with excellent time management skills
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- €29,500 basic salary
- Uncapped commission \- the more you achieve, the more you earn
