Tele Sales Executive
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team specialising in housing disrepair and property damage support. The successful candidate will be responsible for speaking with tenants and housing clients, understanding their concerns regarding property conditions, and guiding them through the process of accessing support and services related to housing disrepair claims.
This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport over the phone. The ideal candidate will be confident handling a high volume of calls, identifying potential cases, and maintaining accurate client records using CRM systems . Previous telesales, customer service, or housing\-related experience is desirable, though full training will be provided.

- Present product offerings clearly and persuasively, tailored to client needs
- Manage and update customer information using CRM software,
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives
- Record detailed call notes and activity reports accurately within the CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign strategies and messaging
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to enhance sales approaches
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or related roles
- Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment
- Demonstrated resilience and persistence in achieving sales goals

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£50,206\.46 per year
