Responsibilities

• Contact existing and potential trade clients by telephone.


• Present product options, promotions, and tailored solutions to business customers.


• Process sales orders accurately and prepare quotes.


• Maintain accurate customer records and handle client inquiries.

• Experience in sales, telesales, or customer service preferred.


• Clear verbal communication and good phone skills.


• Computer literacy for managing customer orders and details.
