We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients over the phone, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities. This role offers an excellent chance to develop your sales skills within a professional environment, working with a diverse client base. The successful applicant will have experience in B2B sales and telemarketing, with proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products and services
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and needs analysis
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the commercial team to develop strategies for reaching targets
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries professionally and promptly
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through persuasive communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment
- A proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and resilience in handling rejection
Pay: £27,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
