Telco Product Manager

The Role

As our Senior Product Manager, you will transform Holafly’s connectivity into a major competitive advantage, directly impacting our margins and user experience. You will own the connectivity roadmap, bridging deep telco engineering with high\-level commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
------------------------

• Acting as an influential voice for Holafly’s carrier and network strategy, you will own the connectivity product roadmap, leading end\-to\-end delivery of integrations, tooling, speed optimisations, provisioning etc.


• Leverage core network capabilities as strategic assets to unlock superior connectivity value for B2C and B2B customers.


• Optimize carrier partnerships by supporting term negotiations, onboarding new networks, and directly driving performance analysis.


• Build automated performance dashboards to track data patterns, monitor costs, and proactively optimise the Holafly user experience.


• Align commercial and technical priorities, ensuring clear cross\-functional trade\-offs between speed, cost, and coverage with executive stakeholders.


• Enhance proactive customer support by feeding live network performance telemetry into user\-facing service workflows.

• Direct Telco, MNO, or roaming experience, with deep domain knowledge of eSIM technologies, provisioning, and network integration.


• Proven senior product management experience leading complex, infrastructure\-adjacent technical domains.


• Strong commercial acumen, with demonstrated success balancing explicit cost, quality, and speed trade\-offs with commercial leaders.


• Hands\-on data proficiency, capable of self\-serving complex data analysis and translating technical metrics into strategic actions.


• Exceptional communication skills, able to demystify complex telco concepts for non\-technical leadership and partners.


• Practical experience using AI for both productivity gains and to step change data understanding and insights.


• Background supporting vendor or partner contract negotiations within international markets.
