El Área de Infraestructuras y Servicios Generales se ocupa de la gestión de las infraestructuras y nuevas instalaciones; los servicios logísticos de conserjería y mantenimiento; de la atención al usuario, tanto presencialmente como telefónicamente; y otros servicios generales relacionados con la eficiencia y la sostenibilidad de los equipamientos. Functions and duties:
Carry out concierge tasks (preparation and control of spaces, transportation of packages, logistical support for different events, monitoring of facilities and maintenance companies, opening and closing of buildings, etc.) and maintenance (implementation of Maintenance Plans, monitoring and execution of work orders, organization of assigned tasks, preventive, corrective, and operational maintenance tasks, etc.) in the University’s buildings, facilities, and equipment, including general support for the proper functioning of teaching, research, and sports\-related laboratory spaces.

Intermediate Degree in fields related to the subject of the call Certification of Level C1 in Catalan or commitment to obtain it. Accreditation of Level B2 English or commitment to obtain it.
Other requirements
European driving licence.

- Certification of training in other related fields (Occupational Risk Prevention, administrative management, etc.) will be positively valued.
- Knowledge of computer software related to this field (Autocad, maintenance management systems, etc.).
- Low voltage installer license (RBT).
- Knowledge of electronics, home automation, and PLCs.
- Experience or familiarity with technical support environments for laboratories and specialized equipment will be valued.
- Residence in the surrounding area will be valued.
- Technical knowledge of physical exercise and sports equipment and machinery will be valued.
