Job Description
Ofam Beauty Tech is seeking a proactive and customer\-focused Support Technician to join our team in Sevilla. The successful candidate will provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain the company's IT systems to ensure efficient day\-to\-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first\-level technical support for hardware, software, and network\-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with system updates, software installations, and routine maintenance.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and support requests accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT services and system performance.
- Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and data protection standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in technical support, IT help desk, or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in Spanish is required; basic English skills are an advantage.
