Técnico de Recursos Humanos

We are looking for a Senior and Generalist HR professional with proven experience across all HR subsystems and the ability to lead, influence, and transform the HR function within the organization.

ROLE:

Manage all HR areas: recruitment, onboarding, career development, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor relations, employer branding, organizational culture, and compliance;
Act as a strategic partner to leadership, influencing business decisions related to people and culture;
Design and execute talent development and succession programs;
Implement digital HR solutions and tools to automate processes and support data\-driven decision\-making;
Lead initiatives on employee engagement, retention, and organizational change;
Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and best practices in HR governance;
Lead strategic HR projects with a focus on impact, innovation, and results;
Guide, support, and develop the HR team, fostering a high\-performance and collaborative culture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields;
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR, with proven exposure to all HR subsystems;
Experience in HR team coordination or leadership roles;
Strong strategic vision and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;
Proficiency in digital HR tools and data analysis to support decision\-making;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict\-resolution skills;
Proactive, results\-oriented, with the ability to drive complex change;
Fluency in portuguese and English (spoken and written).
