Technology Security Sr Project Manager (EMEA)

In this role, you'll be guided by our values of Service, Integrity, and Awareness to tackle diverse and evolving security technology challenges across a broad range of facilities, including corporate offices, retail stores, co\-located sites, and data centres. You'll take point and expertly manage key Global Security projects, providing technical leadership, fostering collaborative work environments, and ensuring on\-time, on\-budget results that meet Apple's highest standards. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, the business, and external partners to define project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure seamless execution.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, driving issue resolution across all project areas to overcome challenges.
Provide strong project management leadership, guiding assigned resources and partners to achieve project deliverables while developing close working relationships with Global Security managers to ensure seamless execution.
Develop and implement premier solutions fully integrated with Apple's Global Security standards, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all technical deliverables.
Maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring accessibility and adherence to established standards.
Manage highly confidential information with discretion and integrity, adhering to Apple's strict security protocols.
Communicate effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders, creating clear and concise diagrams, schedules, and presentations to convey project information.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing, while quickly adapting to new processes and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Security Management, Construction Management, or Project Management; equivalent experience will be fully considered.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with enterprise\-level Access Control, Physical Security Information Management (PSIM), and Video Management Systems (VMS) engineering and architecture.
Minimum Qualifications
Extensive experience in project management with a focus on security technology implementations.
A track record of conducting large\-scale security and risk assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
Practical experience in managing project budgets, including cost estimation and vendor payments.
Practical experience in overseeing technical suppliers to ensure delivery of high\-quality solutions that meet project requirements.
This role requires international travel across the EMEA region and potentially beyond.
