As a Technology Delivery Manager, you will:
- Lead the project delivery and implementation of software technology for a financial institution
- Manage delivery plans, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations
- Work with our key team resources to ensure successful delivery outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement across software delivery processes and ways of working
- Establish delivery metrics and reporting to support informed decision-making
- Build strong relationships with developers and internal teams through effective communication and collaboration
- Proven experience managing multi-faceted technology projects
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and best practices
- Experience of leading a project in a financial technology environment
- Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles
- Ability to interpret technical concepts and translate them into business-focused outcomes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage short, medium and long-term objectives
- Experience of delivering software projects for a Financial Institution
