Roles \& Responsibilities:

Services are provided for incident and service request management as well as change request management (development requests) within the scope of the Managed Service SAP GCS Tools.

This includes the processing of incoming tickets for the applications CCIR, SYSMON, ALC, and MINT, which are supported via the Managed Service SAP GCS Tools and all run on CM\* systems.

The technologies used include SAP Fiori/UI5, JavaScript, CDS views, OData services, BRF\+, BOPF, ABAP Objects, and more, based on SAP NetWeaver 7\.5 and S/4 HANA.

The work packages (\= tickets) are provided in the SAP ticket tool with a detailed task description.

The contractor’s employee takes over the individual work packages from the queue in the SAP ticket tool and processes them sequentially.

After completion, the contractor’s employee documents the completion of the work package in the SAP ticket tool (\= handover of the provided work package).
