About the role
We are looking for two skilled and detail\-oriented Technical Writers to join our Knowledge Management team.
In Knowledge Management, we drive NNE’s knowledge management framework, playing a key role in enabling efficient project execution, quality, and consistency across disciplines.
As a trusted sparring partner to the business, we collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders to ensure that knowledge, best practices, and standards are effectively captured, structured, and implemented across the organisation.
As Technical Writer you will work closely with process owners, engineers, subject matter experts, project management teams and process consultants to transform technical and operational knowledge into structured, accessible, and accurate documentation.
In this role you will create, review and organise user\-focused documentation that helps employees, and stakeholders understand complex information quickly and effectively. Through co\-creation and review of documents, you will ensure that procedures are written in clear and unambiguous language.
To be successful you need to exemplify a consultant mindset and strong collaboration skills.

How you might spend your days
As a Technical Writer, you’ll be:
- Co\-create procedures, technical documentation, user guides, knowledge base articles, and training material
- Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams and stakeholders to align ways of working and gather information
- Organise and structure content using established knowledge management and documentation standards
- Ensure documentation aligns with company writing guides, compliance, and quality standards
- Improve content discoverability through taxonomy and metadata

- Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and simplify information for different audiences in text and visualizations
- Motived by diving into details and possess great organisation skills
- Possessing great stakeholder management skills, including the ability to keep a good overview of different perspectives
- Agile and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role:
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, or similar role
- Experience creating process maps, workflows, or visual documentation
- Possess a relevant academic degree (Technical Communication, Information Management, Engineering, Language or similar)
- Understanding of knowledge management principles and information architecture
- Solid experience working in MS Office and SharePoint
