For our team at our Bubikon site, we are looking for aTechnical Writer 100% (w/m/d)

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product datasheets and technical documentation for multiple products, including system\- and controller\-level manuals, technical notes and supporting materials for the sales organization


• Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent and aligned with product functionality and company standards


• Collaborate closely with internal interfaces


• Gather requirements and validate content provided by technical content creators in multiple languages


• Introduce and implement the technical redaction and documentation tool (Schema ST4\), following supplier\-provided online and classroom training


• Define, structure and maintain documentation frameworks, templates and content standards within the tool


• Serve as the primary owner and super user of the documentation tool, ensuring proper configuration, usage and governance

Your profile

• HF, FH or Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or an equivalent practical experience


• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a technical, engineering, or software\-related environment


• Experience in creating datasheets, instruction manuals and technical documentation for complex products


• Strong technical writing and editing skills


• Ability to translate complex information into clear, user\-focused documentation


• Experience structuring technical content for reuse, redaction and scalability


• Ability to learn and govern technical documentation tools and platforms


• Ability to manage multiple documentation streams and priorities simultaneously


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non\-technical teams
