Accountabilities

  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve clear, structured, and user-focused technical documentation across products and systems.

  • Analyze technical requirements, specifications, APIs, and system behavior to produce accurate and reliable documentation.

  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather, validate, and clarify technical information.

  • Document APIs, integrations, system workflows, configuration rules, error handling, edge cases, and release-related changes.

  • Review and enhance existing documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, readability, and alignment with internal standards.

  • Participate in technical reviews, peer reviews, and documentation planning sessions to ensure high-quality outputs.

  • Develop and maintain documentation standards, templates, style guides, terminology, and best practices.

  • Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to improving documentation processes across teams.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation-focused role.

  • Proven experience creating both user-facing documentation and developer-focused content (e.g., guides, manuals, API documentation).

  • Familiarity with documentation platforms such as Confluence, Notion, Document360, or similar tools.

  • Experience working with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.

  • Basic skills in using visual or screenshot tools (e.g., Snagit, Lightshot, PickPick) to enhance documentation clarity.

  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and how technical teams operate.

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency in writing and terminology.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of technical information.

  • Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams as well as work independently.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple documentation priorities.
