Candidate profile (text) \- Default language As a Technical Support Specialist, you ensure the smooth operation and business continuity of digital products and IT services across the Store in Lyssach. You combine hands\-on support with proactive maintenance and stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience in IT support, technical services, or high passion within this Field
- Solid understanding of hardware, software, and IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with IT service management, IKEA processes and tools
- Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Customer\-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of project and change management
- Interest in digital innovation and emerging technologies
- Fluent in German and good understanding in English
Key responsibilities (text) • Ensure availability of digital products and platforms
- Manage IT asset lifecycle (inventory, procurement, deployment)
- Provide 2nd\-level support for hardware and software
- Support rollouts, upgrades, and new site setups
- Perform monitoring and preventive maintenance
- Resolve and prioritize incidents, escalate when needed
- Support projects and global deployments
- Train on\-site staff and new hires
